Ingredients

  • 16 Tortilla bread(300g)
  • 20.5 cup Milk (for dipping tortillas)(120g)
  • 36 slice Cheese slices(120g)
  • 41 cup French fries (air-fried)(150g)
  • 58 piece Spicy chicken strips (air-fried)(200g)
  • 61 cup Mozzarella cheese(100g)
  • 70.25 cup Jalapeño (to taste)(30g)
  • 81 cup Milk or cream (for sauce)(240g)
  • 91 can Cream (canned)(170g)
  • 102 tablespoon Spreadable cheese(30g)
  • 111 clove Garlic clove (crushed) or garlic powder(5g)
  • 120.25 teaspoon Salt(1.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Lightly dip each tortilla bread in milk to moisten, without soaking.
  3. 3Arrange the tortillas in a baking dish.
  4. 4Distribute the cheese slices evenly over the tortillas.
  5. 5Add the air-fried French fries and spicy chicken strips on top.
  6. 6In a bowl, mix together the milk or cream, canned cream, spreadable cheese, crushed garlic or garlic powder, and salt to make the sauce.
  7. 7Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the dish.
  8. 8Pour part of the sauce over the ingredients.
  9. 9Add jalapeño slices as desired.
  10. 10Cover with the remaining sauce and top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  11. 11Bake in the oven until the cheeses are melted and golden brown.
