Bacon Wrapped Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients
- 13 boneless skinless chicken breast(600g)
- 21 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
- 36 slice bacon(150g)
- 43 clove garlic(9g)
- 50.5 cup parmesan cheese(50g)
- 60.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- 3Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing ends underneath.
- 4Place chicken in a baking dish.
- 5In a small bowl, mix minced garlic and grated parmesan cheese.
- 6Sprinkle the garlic parmesan mixture evenly over the bacon-wrapped chicken.
- 7Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
- 8Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
