Ingredients

  • 12 piece chicken breast(300g)
  • 22 tablespoon olive oil(27g)

  • 40.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 51 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
  • 63 piece potatoes(450g)
  • 72 tablespoon butter(28g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
