Ingredients

  • 10.5 cup Raw cashews(70g)
  • 20.5 cup Fresh mint leaves(10g)
  • 32 tablespoon Maple syrup(40g)
  • 41 teaspoon Vanilla extract(5g)
  • 51 cup Non-dairy milk(240g)

Instructions

  1. 1Soak the raw cashews in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2Add the soaked cashews, fresh mint leaves, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and non-dairy milk to a blender.
  3. 3Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. 4Taste and adjust sweetness or mint flavor as desired.
