Dairy-Free Shamrock Shake
Ingredients
- 10.5 cup Raw cashews(70g)
- 20.5 cup Fresh mint leaves(10g)
- 32 tablespoon Maple syrup(40g)
- 41 teaspoon Vanilla extract(5g)
- 51 cup Non-dairy milk(240g)
Instructions
- 1Soak the raw cashews in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- 2Add the soaked cashews, fresh mint leaves, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and non-dairy milk to a blender.
- 3Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- 4Taste and adjust sweetness or mint flavor as desired.
- 5Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with extra mint leaves.
