Classic Focaccine with Ham and Cheese

- 21 teaspoon instant baking powder for savory pies(5g)
- 3250 ml milk(255g)
- 450 ml water(50g)
- 51 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil(9g)
- 61 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 7200 g cooked ham(200g)
- 8150 g melting cheese(150g)
Instructions
- 1Combine flour, baking powder, milk, water, olive oil, and salt in a bowl.
- 2Knead until you have a smooth dough.
- 3Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- 4Fill with ham and cheese, then seal the edges well.
- 5Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
- 6Serve warm.
