Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. 3Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. 4Stir in the lemon zest.
