- 3400 g broccoli florets(400g)
- 43 cup vegetable broth(720g)
- 51 cup milk(240g)
- 61 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 70.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- 2Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3Add broccoli florets and vegetable broth.
- 4Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- 5Blend the soup until smooth.
- 6Stir in milk, salt, and black pepper.
