Grilled Cheese Smashburger
Ingredients
- 11 lb ground beef(454g)
- 22 tablespoon Dan-O's Original seasoning(14g)
- 34 slice brioche bread(120g)
- 42 tablespoon mayonnaise(28g)
- 56 slice American cheese(120g)
Instructions
- 1Divide the ground beef into four equal balls.
- 2Season the beef balls generously with Dan-O's Original seasoning and mix in.
- 3Heat a flat top or skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4Smash the beef balls onto the hot surface to form thin patties.
- 5Season the patties again with more seasoning.
- 6Spread mayonnaise on one side of each brioche bread slice.
- 7Place the bread, mayonnaise side down, onto the flat top to toast.
- 8Add a slice of American cheese onto each slice of bread.
- 9Once the patties are cooked, place them on top of the cheese-covered bread slices.
- 10Top each burger with another slice of bread and cheese if desired.
- 11Wrap the burgers in foil and let them rest briefly before serving.
