Ingredients

  • 11 lb ground beef(454g)
  • 22 tablespoon Dan-O's Original seasoning(14g)
  • 34 slice brioche bread(120g)
  • 42 tablespoon mayonnaise(28g)
  • 56 slice American cheese(120g)

Instructions

  1. 1Divide the ground beef into four equal balls.
  2. 2Season the beef balls generously with Dan-O's Original seasoning and mix in.
  3. 3Heat a flat top or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Smash the beef balls onto the hot surface to form thin patties.
  5. 5Season the patties again with more seasoning.
  6. 6Spread mayonnaise on one side of each brioche bread slice.
  7. 7Place the bread, mayonnaise side down, onto the flat top to toast.
  8. 8Add a slice of American cheese onto each slice of bread.
  9. 9Once the patties are cooked, place them on top of the cheese-covered bread slices.
  10. 10Top each burger with another slice of bread and cheese if desired.
  11. 11Wrap the burgers in foil and let them rest briefly before serving.
