Ingredients
- 18 oz chocolate(227g)
- 20.75 cup melted butter(170g)
- 31.25 cup sugar(250g)
- 42 eggs(100g)
- 51 teaspoon vanilla extract(5g)
- 64 oz melted chocolate(113g)
- 74 oz chocolate chunks(113g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- 2Melt half of the chocolate (4 oz) and set aside the other half for later.
- 3In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- 4Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- 5Stir in the melted chocolate.
- 6Fold in the remaining 4 oz of chocolate (chopped) and chocolate chunks.
- 7Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- 8Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 9Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
