Ingredients

  • 11.5 cup All-purpose flour(180g)
  • 21 cup Blueberries(150g)
  • 31 cup Milk(240g)
  • 41 teaspoon Cinnamon(2.6g)
  • 52 teaspoon Baking powder(10g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. 2In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. 3Add the milk and stir until just combined.
  4. 4Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. 5Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
  6. 6Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. 7Allow to cool before serving.
