Blueberry Cinnamon Muffins
Ingredients
- 11.5 cup All-purpose flour(180g)
- 21 cup Blueberries(150g)
- 31 cup Milk(240g)
- 41 teaspoon Cinnamon(2.6g)
- 52 teaspoon Baking powder(10g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- 2In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- 3Add the milk and stir until just combined.
- 4Gently fold in the blueberries.
- 5Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
- 6Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 7Allow to cool before serving.
