Ingredients

  • 11 tablespoon chia seeds(12g)
  • 2250 ml water(250g)
  • 32 slice orange(30g)
  • 43 slice ginger(6g)
  • 51 pinch cinnamon (Ceylon)(0.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Add chia seeds to a glass or jar.
  2. 2Pour in water and stir well.
  3. 3Add orange slices and ginger slices.
  4. 4Sprinkle a pinch of Ceylon cinnamon into the drink.
  5. 5Stir everything together.
  6. 6Let the drink sit for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
