Chia Fiber Drink – Orange Ginger
Ingredients
- 11 tablespoon chia seeds(12g)
- 2250 ml water(250g)
- 32 slice orange(30g)
- 43 slice ginger(6g)
- 51 pinch cinnamon (Ceylon)(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Add chia seeds to a glass or jar.
- 2Pour in water and stir well.
- 3Add orange slices and ginger slices.
- 4Sprinkle a pinch of Ceylon cinnamon into the drink.
- 5Stir everything together.
- 6Let the drink sit for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
