- 62 tablespoon soy sauce(30g)
- 71 tablespoon rice vinegar(15g)
- 81 tablespoon sesame oil(13g)
- 91 teaspoon sriracha(5g)
- 101 tablespoon sesame seeds(9g)
Instructions
- 1Dice the cucumber and red bell pepper into small pieces.
- 2Cook the edamame according to package instructions and let cool.
- 3Chop the cilantro and green onion.
- 4In a large bowl, combine cucumber, edamame, red bell pepper, cilantro, and green onion.
- 5In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha.
- 6Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- 7Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
