Ingredients

  • 11 pound lean ground beef(454g)
  • 25 Russet potatoes(1000g)
  • 31 ounce taco seasoning(28g)
  • 40.5 cup water(120g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Wash and dice the Russet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
  4. 4While the potatoes are baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. 5Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. 6Remove potatoes from the oven and transfer to a baking dish.
  7. 7Top the potatoes with the seasoned beef mixture.
  8. 8Sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired and return to the oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. 9Serve hot.
