Ingredients
- 11 pound lean ground beef(454g)
- 25 Russet potatoes(1000g)
- 31 ounce taco seasoning(28g)
- 40.5 cup water(120g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Wash and dice the Russet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- 3Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
- 4While the potatoes are baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- 5Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- 6Remove potatoes from the oven and transfer to a baking dish.
- 7Top the potatoes with the seasoned beef mixture.
- 8Sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired and return to the oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- 9Serve hot.
