Baked Protein Pancake Bowls
Ingredients
- 12 piece Eggs(100g)
- 20.5 cup Greek yogurt(120g)
- 31 scoop Protein powder(30g)
- 40.5 cup Oats(40g)
- 51 teaspoon Baking powder(5g)
- 62 tablespoon Sweetener(24g)
- 70.5 cup Mixed berries(75g)
- 80.5 piece Banana(60g)
- 92 tablespoon Chocolate chips(28g)
- 100.5 cup Rhubarb(60g)
- 112 tablespoon Nuts(16g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, protein powder, oats, baking powder, and sweetener until smooth.
- 3Pour the batter into small oven-safe bowls or ramekins.
- 4Top each bowl with your choice of mixed berries, banana slices, chocolate chips, rhubarb, or nuts.
- 5Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- 6Let cool slightly before serving.
