Ingredients

  • 14 potatoes(800g)
  • 24 tablespoon butter(56g)
  • 30.5 cup heavy cream(120g)
  • 42 teaspoon garlic paste(10g)
  • 52 tablespoon fresh parsley(8g)
  • 6500 g ribeye steak(500g)
  • 71 tablespoon Dan O's seasoning (or steak seasoning)(7g)
  • 80.25 cup chimichurri sauce(60g)

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in salted water until tender.
  2. 2Drain the potatoes and mash them.
  3. 3Add butter, heavy cream, garlic paste, and fresh parsley to the mashed potatoes. Stir well.
  4. 4Let the mashed potatoes simmer on low heat for about five minutes. Set aside.
  5. 5Cut the ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6Melt some butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
  7. 7Add the steak bites and cook to your desired doneness.
  8. 8Season the steak with Dan O's seasoning or your preferred steak seasoning.
