Steak Bites Over Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 14 potatoes(800g)
- 24 tablespoon butter(56g)
- 30.5 cup heavy cream(120g)
- 42 teaspoon garlic paste(10g)
- 52 tablespoon fresh parsley(8g)
- 6500 g ribeye steak(500g)
- 71 tablespoon Dan O's seasoning (or steak seasoning)(7g)
- 80.25 cup chimichurri sauce(60g)
Instructions
- 1Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in salted water until tender.
- 2Drain the potatoes and mash them.
- 3Add butter, heavy cream, garlic paste, and fresh parsley to the mashed potatoes. Stir well.
- 4Let the mashed potatoes simmer on low heat for about five minutes. Set aside.
- 5Cut the ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces.
- 6Melt some butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
- 7Add the steak bites and cook to your desired doneness.
- 8Season the steak with Dan O's seasoning or your preferred steak seasoning.
- 9Once cooked, set the steak bites aside.
- 10Serve the steak bites over the garlic mashed potatoes and drizzle with chimichurri sauce.
