Chipotle Dressing for French Fries

Ingredients

• 11 kg sour cream(1000g)
• 20.5 kg mayonnaise(500g)
• 30.25 chipotle chili(50g)
• 41 handful arbol chili(10g)
• 52 lemon(120g)

Instructions

1. 1Grind the chipotle chili, arbol chili, and lemon juice together until smooth.
2. 2In a large bowl, combine the ground chili mixture with the sour cream and mayonnaise.
3. 3Mix thoroughly until the dressing is smooth and well combined.
4. 4Pour the dressing into bottles or containers for serving.
5. 5Serve over French fries or as desired.
