Cheeseburger Potato Skillet

- 55 potatoes(1000g)
- 62 tablespoon olive oil(27g)

- 101.5 teaspoon paprika(3g)
- 111 lb ground beef(454g)
- 121 onion(120g)
- 130.5 teaspoon ground mustard(1g)
- 141 teaspoon onion powder(2.5g)
- 151 teaspoon smoked paprika(2g)
- 161 tablespoon minced garlic(8g)
- 171.5 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese(170g)
- 186 slice bacon(120g)
- 192 green onions(30g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and sweet relish to make the burger sauce. Set aside.
- 2Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into cubes.
- 3Toss the potato cubes with olive oil, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, and 0.5 teaspoon paprika.
- 4Cook the potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking, until golden and crispy.
- 5While the potatoes cook, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion.
- 6Season the beef and onion with 0.5 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon ground mustard, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
- 7Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- 8Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir for 1 minute.
- 9Once potatoes and beef mixture are cooked, combine them in the skillet.
- 10Top with shredded Colby Jack cheese and crumbled cooked bacon.
- 11Place the skillet in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- 12Remove from oven, drizzle with burger sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- 13Serve hot with your favorite burger toppings if desired.
