Ingredients
- 13 can canned beans(1200g)
- 20.5 cup stock (any type)(120g)
- 32 tablespoon seed oil (or lard)(28g)
- 41 onion(120g)
- 51 tablespoon garlic paste(15g)
- 61 teaspoon ground cumin(2g)
Instructions
- 1Drain three cans of beans and set aside.
- 2Heat seed oil (or lard) in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 3Add chopped onion and cook for about 2 minutes until translucent.
- 4Stir in garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- 5Add ground cumin and cook for 30 seconds to bloom the spice.
- 6Pour in the drained beans and stock.
- 7Simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your desired consistency.
- 8Mash the beans with a spoon or potato masher for a smoother texture, if desired.
- 9Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve warm.
