Grilled Skirt Steak with Family Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 tablespoon Dan-O’s Original seasoning(14g)
- 22.5 lb Skirt steak(1134g)
- 30.25 cup Coconut aminos(60g)
- 41 tablespoon Dan-O’s Original seasoning(7g)
- 53 Garlic cloves(9g)
- 64 lime Lime juice(120g)
- 78 tablespoon Olive oil(108g)
- 80.33 bushel Cilantro(20g)
- 90.33 bushel Italian parsley (no stems)(20g)
- 101 Jalapeño, chopped(15g)
Instructions
- 1Marinate the skirt steak in coconut aminos for 5 minutes.
- 2Season both sides of the steak with 2 tablespoons of Dan-O’s Original seasoning.
- 3Preheat the grill on high.
- 4Place the steak on the grill and cook for 12 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes.
- 5Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 6While the steak rests, combine garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, parsley, and 1 tablespoon of Dan-O’s Original seasoning in a blender.
- 7Blend until smooth.
- 8Pour out half of the sauce for a milder, kid-friendly version.
- 9For the remaining sauce, add the chopped jalapeño and blend again until incorporated.
- 10Slice the skirt steak with the grain into 3-inch slabs.
- 11Stack the slabs and slice them against the grain into bite-sized pieces.
- 12Serve the steak with the family sauce and enjoy.
