Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoon Dan-O’s Original seasoning(14g)
  • 22.5 lb Skirt steak(1134g)
  • 30.25 cup Coconut aminos(60g)
  • 41 tablespoon Dan-O’s Original seasoning(7g)
  • 53 Garlic cloves(9g)
  • 64 lime Lime juice(120g)
  • 78 tablespoon Olive oil(108g)
  • 80.33 bushel Cilantro(20g)
  • 90.33 bushel Italian parsley (no stems)(20g)
  • 101 Jalapeño, chopped(15g)

Instructions

  1. 1Marinate the skirt steak in coconut aminos for 5 minutes.
  2. 2Season both sides of the steak with 2 tablespoons of Dan-O’s Original seasoning.
  3. 3Preheat the grill on high.
  4. 4Place the steak on the grill and cook for 12 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes.
  5. 5Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. 6While the steak rests, combine garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, parsley, and 1 tablespoon of Dan-O’s Original seasoning in a blender.
  7. 7Blend until smooth.
  8. 8Pour out half of the sauce for a milder, kid-friendly version.
  9. 9For the remaining sauce, add the chopped jalapeño and blend again until incorporated.
  10. 10Slice the skirt steak with the grain into 3-inch slabs.
  11. 11Stack the slabs and slice them against the grain into bite-sized pieces.
  12. 12Serve the steak with the family sauce and enjoy.
