Healthier Dubai Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 11 package zero sugar brownie mix(400g)
- 20.5 cup non-fat Greek yogurt(120g)
- 30.25 cup water(60g)
- 42 egg(100g)
- 53 oz kadayif (kataifi)(85g)
- 64 tablespoon pistachio cream(60g)
- 71 tablespoon butter(14g)
- 80.5 cup zero sugar chocolate frosting(120g)
- 91 cup strawberries(150g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish.
- 2In a bowl, combine zero sugar brownie mix, non-fat Greek yogurt, water, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- 3Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or as directed on the brownie mix package.
- 4While brownies bake, melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add kadayif and cook until golden brown.
- 5Remove from heat and mix kadayif with 3 tablespoons of pistachio cream.
- 6Once brownies are baked and cooled slightly, spread the kadayif-pistachio mixture evenly over the brownies.
- 7Top with a thin layer of zero sugar chocolate frosting.
- 8Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of pistachio cream over the frosting.
- 9Dice strawberries and sprinkle them on top.
- 10Cut into squares and serve.
