Broccoli with Yogurt-Tahini Sauce and Cheese

- 1500 g broccoli(500g)
- 2100 g kaşar cheese(100g)
- 31 tea glass olive oil(90g)
- 41 teaspoon salt(5g)
- 50.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 60.5 teaspoon sweet paprika(1g)
- 70.5 teaspoon oregano(0.5g)
- 83.5 tablespoon strained yogurt(70g)
- 91 tablespoon mayonnaise(15g)
- 101 tablespoon tahini(15g)
- 111 clove garlic(4g)
- 120.5 teaspoon salt (for sauce)(2.5g)
- 130.25 teaspoon black pepper (for sauce)(0.5g)
- 140.5 lemon lemon juice(15g)
Instructions
- 1Cut the broccoli into florets and boil in salted water until tender.
- 2Drain the broccoli and immediately transfer to cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain again.
- 3Arrange the broccoli on a serving plate.
- 4Sprinkle grated kaşar cheese over the broccoli.
- 5In a small bowl, mix strained yogurt, mayonnaise, tahini, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to prepare the sauce.
- 6Pour the sauce over the broccoli and cheese.
- 7In a pan, heat olive oil and add salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and oregano. Stir for a few seconds.
- 8Drizzle the spiced olive oil over the broccoli.
- 9Serve immediately.
