  • 2100 g kaşar cheese(100g)
  • 31 tea glass olive oil(90g)
  • 41 teaspoon salt(5g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon sweet paprika(1g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon oregano(0.5g)
  • 83.5 tablespoon strained yogurt(70g)
  • 91 tablespoon mayonnaise(15g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the broccoli into florets and boil in salted water until tender.
  2. 2Drain the broccoli and immediately transfer to cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain again.
  3. 3Arrange the broccoli on a serving plate.
  4. 4Sprinkle grated kaşar cheese over the broccoli.
  5. 5In a small bowl, mix strained yogurt, mayonnaise, tahini, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to prepare the sauce.
  6. 6Pour the sauce over the broccoli and cheese.
  7. 7In a pan, heat olive oil and add salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and oregano. Stir for a few seconds.
