Ingredients

  • 14 cup all-purpose flour(500g)
  • 21.5 cup warm water(360g)
  • 32.25 teaspoon active dry yeast(7g)
  • 43 tablespoon olive oil(40g)
  • 51 tablespoon sugar(12g)
  • 62 teaspoon salt(12g)
  • 72 cup tomato sauce(480g)
  • 82 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(200g)
  • 90.5 cup grated parmesan cheese(50g)
  • 101 teaspoon dried oregano(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. 2Add flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
  5. 5Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  6. 6Grease a rectangular baking pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Stretch the dough to fit the pan.
  7. 7Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  8. 8Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the sauce. Top with dried oregano.
  9. 9Let the dough rest in the pan for 20 minutes.
