Guilt Free Low Calorie Lentil Crackers
Ingredients
- 10.5 cup Yellow Moong Dal(100g)
- 22 clove Garlic(6g)
- 30.5 inch Ginger(5g)
- 42 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds(18g)
- 52 tablespoon Sesame seeds(18g)
- 62 tablespoon Flax seeds(14g)
- 70.25 teaspoon Salt(1.5g)
- 80.5 tablespoon Chilli Flakes(3g)
- 90.25 teaspoon Black Pepper(0.5g)
- 100.25 teaspoon Baking Powder(1g)
- 112 tablespoon Oil(27g)
- 120.5 cup Warm Water(120g)
Instructions
- 1Wash yellow moong dal 3 to 4 times and soak for at least 1 hour.
- 2Drain excess water. Add ginger and garlic cloves and blend together until completely dry and ground into a fine powder.
- 3Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, salt, chili flakes, black pepper, and baking powder.
- 4Add oil and gradually add warm water as needed to form a soft dough.
- 5Divide the dough into 22 equal portions.
- 6Press each portion flat using a bowl or cup with a flat bottom.
- 7Place the portions on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 8Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
- 9Let cool before serving.
