Ingredients

  • 18 sheet rice paper(80g)
  • 22 egg(120g)
  • 34 slice cooked ham(80g)
  • 44 slice cheese(80g)
  • 51 tablespoon sesame seeds(10g)
  • 61 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil(12g)

Instructions

  1. 1Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. 2Hydrate the rice paper sheets in water for about 30 seconds until soft.
  3. 3Place two rice paper sheets on top of each other for each napolitana.
  4. 4Fill with one slice of ham and one slice of cheese.
  5. 5Fold and seal the rice paper around the filling.
  6. 6Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  7. 7Spray with extra virgin olive oil.
  8. 8Cook in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 12 minutes, or bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. 9Serve warm.
