Rice Paper Ham and Cheese Napolitanas
Ingredients
- 18 sheet rice paper(80g)
- 22 egg(120g)
- 34 slice cooked ham(80g)
- 44 slice cheese(80g)
- 51 tablespoon sesame seeds(10g)
- 61 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil(12g)
Instructions
- 1Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- 2Hydrate the rice paper sheets in water for about 30 seconds until soft.
- 3Place two rice paper sheets on top of each other for each napolitana.
- 4Fill with one slice of ham and one slice of cheese.
- 5Fold and seal the rice paper around the filling.
- 6Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- 7Spray with extra virgin olive oil.
- 8Cook in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 12 minutes, or bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- 9Serve warm.
