High Protein Buffalo Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 12 cup rotisserie chicken(280g)
- 20.5 cup celery(50g)
- 30.25 cup red onion(35g)
- 40.25 cup green onion(25g)
- 50.5 cup Greek yogurt(120g)
- 60.25 cup light mayonnaise(60g)
- 73 tablespoon buffalo sauce(45g)
- 82 tablespoon ranch dressing(30g)
- 90.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 100.25 cup blue cheese crumbles(30g)
Instructions
- 1Add shredded rotisserie chicken to a large bowl.
- 2Mince celery, red onion, and green onion, then add to the bowl.
- 3Add Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and black pepper.
- 4Mix everything together until evenly combined.
- 5Fold in blue cheese crumbles (or substitute with feta or shredded cheddar if desired).
