Ingredients

  • 1120 g self-raising flour(120g)
  • 2100 g Greek yoghurt(100g)
  • 31 pinch salt(0.5g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon baking powder(2g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine the self-raising flour (or plain flour with baking powder), Greek yoghurt, and a big pinch of salt.
  2. 2Mix everything together until a soft, smooth, and pliable dough ball forms. The dough should not be sticky; add more flour if needed.
  3. 3Dust your work surface with flour and shape the dough into a heart shape using your hands.
  4. 4Place the shaped dough into an air fryer and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes, or bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. 5Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with butter on top.
