  • 30.5 red onion(60g)
  • 40.25 cup cilantro(4g)
  • 52 jalapeño(30g)
  • 61 lemon(60g)
  • 71 tablespoon seasoning blend(7g)
  • 8400 g shrimp(400g)
  • 92 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
  • 101 teaspoon surf and turf seasoning(3g)
  • 111 teaspoon all purpose seasoning(3g)
  • 128 tortilla(240g)

Instructions

  1. 1Dice the tomato, grilled pineapple, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeños. Combine in a bowl.
  2. 2Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixture. Add seasoning blend and mix to make the pineapple pico de gallo.
  3. 3Place shrimp in a bowl. Add olive oil, surf and turf seasoning, and all purpose seasoning. Mix well.
  4. 4Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil and cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or over a flame.
  6. 6Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, topping with pineapple pico de gallo and salsa.
  7. 7Serve immediately and enjoy.
