Shrimp Tacos with Pineapple Pico De Gallo

- 11 tomato(120g)
- 22 slice grilled pineapple(80g)
- 30.5 red onion(60g)
- 40.25 cup cilantro(4g)
- 52 jalapeño(30g)
- 61 lemon(60g)
- 71 tablespoon seasoning blend(7g)
- 8400 g shrimp(400g)
- 92 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 101 teaspoon surf and turf seasoning(3g)
- 111 teaspoon all purpose seasoning(3g)
- 128 tortilla(240g)
- 130.5 cup salsa(120g)
Instructions
- 1Dice the tomato, grilled pineapple, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeños. Combine in a bowl.
- 2Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixture. Add seasoning blend and mix to make the pineapple pico de gallo.
- 3Place shrimp in a bowl. Add olive oil, surf and turf seasoning, and all purpose seasoning. Mix well.
- 4Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil and cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- 5Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or over a flame.
- 6Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, topping with pineapple pico de gallo and salsa.
- 7Serve immediately and enjoy.
