Loaded Air Fryer Cheeseburgers
Ingredients
- 11 lb ground beef(454g)
- 24 slice cheddar cheese slices(80g)
- 34 hamburger buns(200g)
- 41 cup lettuce(36g)
- 51 tomato(120g)
- 60.25 onion(30g)
- 70.25 cup pickles(35g)
- 82 tablespoon ketchup(34g)
- 91 tablespoon mustard(15g)
- 101 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 110.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- 3Season both sides of each patty with salt and black pepper.
- 4Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- 5Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 6Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and cook for 1 more minute until melted.
- 7Toast hamburger buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
- 8Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato slices, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- 9Serve immediately.
