  • 74 cup beef stock(960g)
  • 82 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
  • 91 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 100.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 112 bay leaf(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the beef chuck into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Peel and chop the onion, carrots, celery, and potatoes.
  3. 3Mince the garlic cloves.
  4. 4Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
