Meal Prep Chicken and Cheese Tacos

- 31 teaspoon Black pepper(3g)
- 41 tablespoon Paprika(7g)
- 52 teaspoon Cumin(6g)
- 61 tablespoon Garlic powder(9g)
- 70.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper(1g)
- 8450 g Shredded low fat Mexican cheese blend(450g)
- 918 Low carb tortillas(720g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Trim and cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- 3In a large bowl, combine chicken with kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
- 4Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken until fully cooked and slightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- 5Warm the low carb tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- 6Fill each tortilla with cooked chicken and top with shredded low fat Mexican cheese blend.
- 7Optional: Bake assembled tacos in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- 8Serve hot. Optionally, add pico de gallo or fresh veggies.
