  • 21 tablespoon Kosher salt(18g)
  • 31 teaspoon Black pepper(3g)
  • 41 tablespoon Paprika(7g)
  • 52 teaspoon Cumin(6g)
  • 61 tablespoon Garlic powder(9g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper(1g)
  • 8450 g Shredded low fat Mexican cheese blend(450g)
  • 918 Low carb tortillas(720g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2Trim and cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3In a large bowl, combine chicken with kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
  4. 4Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken until fully cooked and slightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. 5Warm the low carb tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  6. 6Fill each tortilla with cooked chicken and top with shredded low fat Mexican cheese blend.
