High Protein Chicken Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 11 cucumber(200g)
- 20.5 teaspoon turmeric(1.5g)
- 30.5 onion(50g)
- 41 clove garlic(5g)
- 50.5 cup Greek yogurt(120g)
- 60.5 lemon(60g)
- 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 80.25 teaspoon pepper(0.5g)
- 91 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
- 101 chicken breast(150g)
Instructions
- 1Dice the cucumber, onion, and garlic.
- 2Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 3In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, onion, garlic, and chicken breast.
- 4Add Greek yogurt, turmeric, juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, and olive oil to the bowl.
- 5Mix everything together until well combined.
- 6Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
