Strawberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 11.5 cups butter(340g)
- 28 oz cream cheese(227g)
- 32 cups sugar(400g)
- 46 large eggs(300g)
- 51 tsp vanilla extract(5g)
- 62.5 cups all-purpose flour(315g)
- 70.5 tsp baking powder(2g)
- 80.5 tsp salt(3g)
- 91 cup strawberries(150g)
- 101 cup powdered sugar(120g)
- 112 Tbsp heavy cream(30g)
- 121 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)(5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- 2In a large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- 4Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to batter and mix until smooth.
- 5Fold in diced strawberries.
- 6Pour into pan and bake for 70-80 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 7Cool cake, then mix glaze ingredients (powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract) and drizzle over the top.
