Ingredients

  • 11.5 cups butter(340g)
  • 28 oz cream cheese(227g)
  • 32 cups sugar(400g)
  • 46 large eggs(300g)
  • 51 tsp vanilla extract(5g)
  • 62.5 cups all-purpose flour(315g)
  • 70.5 tsp baking powder(2g)
  • 80.5 tsp salt(3g)
  • 91 cup strawberries(150g)
  • 101 cup powdered sugar(120g)
  • 112 Tbsp heavy cream(30g)
  • 121 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. 2In a large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. 3Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. 4Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to batter and mix until smooth.
  5. 5Fold in diced strawberries.
  6. 6Pour into pan and bake for 70-80 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. 7Cool cake, then mix glaze ingredients (powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract) and drizzle over the top.
