40.5 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded(50g)
Instructions
1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2Cut each baby gold potato in half. Score the cut side of each half in a tic-tac-toe pattern, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep, without cutting all the way through.
3Melt the unsalted butter and pour it into a baking dish.
4Add Dano's seasoning (or your preferred herb seasoning blend) to the melted butter and mix to form a paste.
5Sprinkle a light, even coating of shredded Parmesan cheese over the butter and seasoning mixture in the baking dish.
6Place the scored potatoes cut side down into the baking dish, pressing them gently into the cheese and butter mixture.
7Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
