  • 31 scoop vanilla protein powder(30g)
  • 40.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
  • 50.25 teaspoon cinnamon(0.7g)
  • 62 tablespoon yogurt(30g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, salt, and cinnamon.
