Cookie Dough Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 10.5 cup oats(40g)
- 21 tablespoon chia seeds(12g)
- 31 scoop vanilla protein powder(30g)
- 40.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
- 50.25 teaspoon cinnamon(0.7g)
- 62 tablespoon yogurt(30g)
- 70.5 tablespoon maple syrup(10g)
- 80.5 teaspoon vanilla extract(2g)
- 90.5 tablespoon peanut butter(8g)
- 101 tablespoon chocolate chips(15g)
- 110.5 cup milk(120g)
Instructions
- 1In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- 2Add yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and milk.
- 3Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- 4Stir in chocolate chips.
- 5Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- 6In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or warmed up if desired.
