Dump and Bake Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients
- 12 piece chicken breast(400g)
- 22 cup marinara sauce(500g)
- 31 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded(113g)
- 40.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated(50g)
- 51 teaspoon Italian seasoning(2g)
- 61 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
- 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 80.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
- 90.5 cup breadcrumbs(60g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- 3Place chicken breasts in the baking dish.
- 4Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- 5Pour marinara sauce evenly over the chicken.
- 6Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
- 7Top with breadcrumbs for a crispy finish.
- 8Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
- 9Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
