Ingredients

  • 11 tablespoon Butter(14g)
  • 21 Egg(50g)
  • 31 tablespoon Sugar(12g)
  • 41 cup All-purpose flour(125g)
  • 5150 ml Milk(150g)
  • 61 teaspoon Baking powder(4g)
  • 71 teaspoon Vanilla extract(4g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, add the egg, sugar, and butter. Mix well until combined.
  2. 2Add the flour and milk to the mixture. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
  3. 3Add the vanilla extract and baking powder. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. 4Pour the batter into a squeeze bottle or use a spoon for easier portioning.
  5. 5Heat a non-stick skillet over very low heat.
  6. 6Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes.
  7. 7Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
  8. 8Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm, optionally with chocolate sauce or toppings of your choice.
