- 11 tablespoon Butter(14g)
- 21 Egg(50g)
- 31 tablespoon Sugar(12g)
- 41 cup All-purpose flour(125g)
- 5150 ml Milk(150g)
- 61 teaspoon Baking powder(4g)
- 71 teaspoon Vanilla extract(4g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, add the egg, sugar, and butter. Mix well until combined.
- 2Add the flour and milk to the mixture. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
- 3Add the vanilla extract and baking powder. Mix gently until just combined.
- 4Pour the batter into a squeeze bottle or use a spoon for easier portioning.
- 5Heat a non-stick skillet over very low heat.
- 6Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes.
- 7Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
- 8Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm, optionally with chocolate sauce or toppings of your choice.
