Ingredients
- 1400 g spaghetti(400g)
- 24 garlic cloves(20g)
- 30.5 cup olive oil(120g)
- 41 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes(2g)
- 50.25 cup parsley(15g)
- 61 teaspoon salt(6g)
Instructions
- 1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
- 2While the pasta is cooking, thinly slice the garlic.
- 3In a large pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
- 4Add the sliced garlic and saute until golden brown.
- 5Add the red pepper flakes to the oil and stir.
- 6Drain the spaghetti, reserving some pasta water.
- 7Add the cooked spaghetti to the garlic oil and toss to coat.
- 8Add reserved pasta water if needed for moisture.
- 9Season with salt and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
