Rolled Lasagna with Ground Beef and Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 18 piece lasagna noodles(200g)
- 2400 g ground beef(400g)
- 30.5 cup cream cheese(120g)
- 41 cup shredded cheese(100g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- 2In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
- 3Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles on a cutting board.
- 4Place a portion of cooked ground beef onto each noodle and roll them up.
- 5Spread a layer of cooked ground beef on the bottom of a baking dish.
- 6Arrange the rolled lasagna noodles on top of the beef layer.
- 7Spread cream cheese over the pasta rolls.
- 8Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- 9Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 10Let cool slightly before serving.
