- 31 tablespoon Fresh chopped cilantro(4g)
- 43 clove Garlic, minced(9g)
- 51.5 tablespoon Olive oil(20g)
- 61 tablespoon Agave syrup(21g)
- 71 tablespoon Soy sauce(16g)
- 81 teaspoon Liquid Smoke(5g)
- 91 tablespoon Dijon mustard(15g)
- 102 teaspoon Cumin(4g)
- 112 teaspoon Garlic powder(6g)
- 121 teaspoon Salt and pepper(6g)
Instructions
- 1Juice the orange and lime into a medium bowl.
- 2Add the chopped cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, agave syrup, soy sauce, liquid smoke, Dijon mustard, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
- 4Pour marinade over pork (such as pork loin or chops) and marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.
- 5Remove pork from marinade and cook as desired (grill, roast, or pan-sear).
