Ingredients
- 14 Eggs(200g)
- 21 cup Parsley(60g)
- 30.5 Onion(60g)
- 40.25 cup Flour(30g)
- 50.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 60.25 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 72 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
Instructions
- 1Chop the parsley and onion finely.
- 2In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
- 3Add the chopped parsley, onion, flour, salt, and black pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
- 4Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 5Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
- 6Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden, then flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- 7Remove from the pan, slice, and serve warm.
