Ingredients

  • 14 Eggs(200g)
  • 21 cup Parsley(60g)
  • 30.5 Onion(60g)
  • 40.25 cup Flour(30g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
  • 60.25 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
  • 72 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)

Instructions

  1. 1Chop the parsley and onion finely.
  2. 2In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. 3Add the chopped parsley, onion, flour, salt, and black pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
  4. 4Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
  6. 6Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden, then flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
