Copycat Burger King Zesty Sauce

Ingredients

• 10.5 cup mayonnaise(120g)
• 22 teaspoon prepared horseradish(10g)
• 32 teaspoon ketchup(12g)
• 41 teaspoon prepared mustard(5g)
• 51 teaspoon white vinegar(5g)
• 61 teaspoon lemon juice(5g)
• 71 teaspoon cayenne pepper(2g)
• 80.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
• 90.25 teaspoon sugar(1g)
• 101 drop soy sauce(0.05g)

Instructions

1. 1In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. 2Taste and adjust the seasoning — add more horseradish for heat or ketchup for sweetness if desired.
