Ingredients

  • 16 Russet potatoes(1500g)
  • 23 liter Water(3000g)
  • 32 tablespoon Salt(36g)
  • 41 stick Butter(113g)
  • 58 oz Cream cheese(227g)
  • 68 oz Sour cream(227g)
  • 71 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
  • 81 teaspoon Southern seasoning(3g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
  • 108 oz Heavy cream(240g)

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and cube the Russet potatoes.
  2. 2Place potatoes in a large pot and add enough water to cover them by at least 3 inches.
  3. 3Add 2 tablespoons of salt to the water.
  4. 4Bring the pot to a boil and cook the potatoes until they are fork tender.
  5. 5Drain all the water from the potatoes.
  6. 6Return the potatoes to the pot and place over low heat to dry out excess moisture.
  7. 7In a separate pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter, then add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, southern seasoning, salt, black pepper, and heavy cream.
  8. 8Stir until everything is fully incorporated and smooth.
  9. 9Add the dried potatoes to the cream mixture.
  10. 10Use an electric mixer to blend until the potatoes are completely smooth.
  11. 11Serve hot.
