Ingredients

  • 14 fillets (5 oz each) salmon fillets(567g)
  • 22 tablespoons olive oil(28g)
  • 30.75 cup panko breadcrumbs(45g)
  • 40.25 cup grated Parmesan(25g)
  • 52 cloves garlic, minced(6g)
  • 61 tablespoon lemon zest(6g)
  • 71 tablespoon parsley, chopped(4g)
  • 81 teaspoon Dijon mustard(5g)
  • 91 tablespoon melted butter(14g)
  • 101 salt & pepper(4g)

Instructions

  1. 11. Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pat salmon dry with paper towels.
  2. 22. Prepare Topping: Mix panko, Parmesan, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, melted butter, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until evenly coated and crumbly.
  3. 33. Coat Salmon: Brush each fillet with olive oil and Dijon mustard, then press the crumb mixture firmly on top to create a crust.
  4. 44. Bake: Place salmon on the tray and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
