Crispy Potato Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 16 chicken drumsticks(900g)
- 24 potatoes(800g)
- 31 onion, chopped(100g)
- 41 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 52 teaspoon spices (black pepper, cumin, paprika, curry powder, chicken seasoning, hot dried pepper)(5g)
- 6100 g mozzarella cheese, pieces(100g)
- 72 eggs(100g)
- 80.5 cup flour(60g)
- 91 cup breadcrumbs(100g)
- 102 cup vegetable oil(480g)
- 111 cup water(240g)
Instructions
- 1Sauté the chopped onion and chicken drumsticks in vegetable oil until lightly browned.
- 2Add salt and spices to the chicken and onion mixture.
- 3Add the peeled and chopped potatoes and pour in the water.
- 4Cook until the chicken is done, then remove the drumsticks and set aside.
- 5Continue cooking the potatoes until very soft.
- 6Shred the chicken meat, reserving the drumstick bones.
- 7Mash the cooked potatoes and mix with the shredded chicken.
- 8Form the mixture into balls, insert a drumstick bone into each, place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center, and seal tightly.
- 9Dip each formed drumstick first in beaten eggs, then in flour, then again in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- 10Refrigerate the coated drumsticks for 15 minutes.
- 11Deep fry the drumsticks in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- 12Serve hot.
