Ingredients

  • 11 lb sirloin steak(454g)
  • 20.5 lb shrimp(227g)
  • 33 cup cooked rice(600g)
  • 41 cup mixed vegetables(130g)
  • 52 eggs(100g)
  • 63 tablespoon soy sauce(45g)
  • 72 tablespoon oyster sauce(36g)
  • 81 tablespoon sesame oil(13.5g)
  • 93 green onions(15g)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat a wok or large pan on high heat.
  2. 2Cook the cubed steak for 2–3 minutes, then remove from the pan.
  3. 3Cook the shrimp for 1–2 minutes, then remove from the pan.
  4. 4Scramble the eggs in the pan and set aside.
  5. 5Stir-fry the mixed vegetables for 2–3 minutes.
  6. 6Add the cooked rice, break up any clumps, and fry for 3–4 minutes.
  7. 7Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the rice.
  8. 8Return the steak, shrimp, and scrambled eggs to the pan.
  9. 9Toss everything well and finish with chopped green onions.
