- 12 stick butter(226g)
- 22.5 cup brown sugar(500g)
- 33 egg(150g)
- 41 tablespoon vanilla extract(13g)
- 52 cup all-purpose flour(240g)
- 61 cup white chocolate(170g)
- 70.5 cup guava jam(160g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking pan.
- 2Melt the butter with the brown sugar in a saucepan until fully combined.
- 3Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- 4Add the flour and mix until just combined.
- 5Fold in the white chocolate.
- 6Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 7Spoon the guava jam over the top and swirl gently. Add any additional toppings if desired.
- 8Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and set.
- 9Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
