Ingredients

  • 12 stick butter(226g)
  • 22.5 cup brown sugar(500g)
  • 33 egg(150g)
  • 41 tablespoon vanilla extract(13g)
  • 52 cup all-purpose flour(240g)
  • 61 cup white chocolate(170g)
  • 70.5 cup guava jam(160g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking pan.
  2. 2Melt the butter with the brown sugar in a saucepan until fully combined.
  3. 3Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. 4Add the flour and mix until just combined.
  5. 5Fold in the white chocolate.
  6. 6Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. 7Spoon the guava jam over the top and swirl gently. Add any additional toppings if desired.
