1In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
2Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
3Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
6Punch down the dough and divide into 12 pieces. Flatten each piece, add a spoonful of garlic butter and some shredded cheese, then seal and shape into a ball.
7Place the rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
8Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Brush the tops of the rolls with remaining garlic butter.
9Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
