Ingredients

  • 116 oz whole mushrooms (button or cremini)(454g)
  • 23 tablespoon butter(42g)
  • 31 tablespoon olive oil(14g)
  • 44 clove garlic(12g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 71 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves(1g)
  • 81 tablespoon chopped parsley(4g)

Instructions

  1. 1Clean mushrooms and pat dry. If large, cut in half.
  2. 2Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Add mushrooms in a single layer. Cook 4–5 minutes without stirring until browned.
  4. 4Stir mushrooms and cook another 3–4 minutes until tender.
  5. 5Add garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. 6Toss to coat mushrooms in the buttery sauce.
  7. 7Remove from heat and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
