Ingredients
- 116 oz whole mushrooms (button or cremini)(454g)
- 23 tablespoon butter(42g)
- 31 tablespoon olive oil(14g)
- 44 clove garlic(12g)
- 50.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 60.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 71 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves(1g)
- 81 tablespoon chopped parsley(4g)
Instructions
- 1Clean mushrooms and pat dry. If large, cut in half.
- 2Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3Add mushrooms in a single layer. Cook 4–5 minutes without stirring until browned.
- 4Stir mushrooms and cook another 3–4 minutes until tender.
- 5Add garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 6Toss to coat mushrooms in the buttery sauce.
- 7Remove from heat and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
