Ingredients

  • 11 lb Large Shrimp(454g)
  • 22 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil(27g)
  • 33 clove Garlic(9g)
  • 41 teaspoon Smoked Paprika(2.3g)
  • 51 tablespoon Lemon Juice(15g)
  • 61 cup Cooked Quinoa or Rice(185g)
  • 71 large Avocado(200g)
  • 81 cup Cherry Tomatoes(150g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
