Ingredients

  • 12 egg(100g)
  • 260 g dark chocolate, melted(60g)
  • 350 g flour(50g)
  • 42 tablespoon applesauce(30g)
  • 520 g chocolate whey protein powder (or cocoa powder)(20g)
  • 615 g chocolate chips (optional, brownie part)(15g)
  • 71 egg(50g)
  • 820 g sweetener of choice (stevia, honey, coconut sugar, etc.)(20g)
  • 930 g butter, melted(30g)
  • 1060 g flour(60g)
  • 111 teaspoon baking powder(4g)
  • 1215 g chocolate chips (cookie part)(15g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. 2For the brownie layer: In a bowl, mix 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of applesauce. Add the melted chocolate, 50g flour, and chocolate whey protein powder (or cocoa powder). Mix until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  3. 3For the cookie layer: In another bowl, mix 1 egg with the sweetener of your choice and melted butter. Add 60g flour and baking powder. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. 4Pour the brownie batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
  6. 6Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C, until set and golden.
  7. 7Let cool before slicing and serving.
