Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2For the brownie layer: In a bowl, mix 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of applesauce. Add the melted chocolate, 50g flour, and chocolate whey protein powder (or cocoa powder). Mix until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
3For the cookie layer: In another bowl, mix 1 egg with the sweetener of your choice and melted butter. Add 60g flour and baking powder. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
4Pour the brownie batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
5Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
6Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C, until set and golden.
